I remember the days leading up to the lockdown, when Covid 19 appeared to be something that was happening miles away in China, never did I imagine that here in Europe we would be affected so much, the suffering and death that this virus brings is almost unimaginable and I have cried many times over watching the news, so many people losing their lives, and the scenes of empty streets and shops as almost a 1/3 rd of the Planet goes into lockdown seems scary and surreal. I can only hope that after this awful virus passes that we can build a new World, one that is full of compassion and love and one that cares for all people and the Earth on which we live.
